Here's a quick and easy Cajun recipe that my mom makes as an hors d'ouvre for
most of her parties. It sounds weird, but it's really good!
JEZEBEL SAUCE
Ingredients:
6 oz. pineapple preserves
10 oz. apple jelly
horseradish to taste (but remember, it's Cajun, so make it spicy!)
1 block cream cheese
Combine the pineapple preserves, apple jelly, and horseradish. Pour over the
cream cheese. Serve with crackers, etc.
Enjoy!
