  11. Here's a quick and easy Cajun recipe that my mom makes as an hors d'ouvre for 
  12. most of her parties.  It sounds weird, but it's really good!

  14. JEZEBEL SAUCE
  15.  
  16. Ingredients:
  17. 6 oz. pineapple preserves
  18. 10 oz. apple jelly
  19. horseradish to taste (but remember, it's Cajun, so make it spicy!)
  20. 1 block cream cheese
  21.  
  22. Combine the pineapple preserves, apple jelly, and horseradish.  Pour over the 
  23. cream cheese.  Serve with crackers, etc.
